founded by the Augustinian Canons in 1142. Nestled among the stunning, high-altitude vineyards of the

Isarco Valley, the abbey is internationally renowned for its crisp, aromatic, and mineral-driven white

Lombardy, renowned for crafting some of Italy's finest traditional method sparkling wines.

As the name suggests, the winery is perched upon a hill with sweeping views of Lake Iseo.

Satèn is a signature sparkling style of the region, intentionally crafted with fewer bubbles to

showcase the complexity of the wine and to give a silky texture.

DAY 3 — Mon, Aug 31 (Milan)

Guided city tour of Milan. Discover Milan’s iconic landmarks on a guided city tour,

from the breathtaking Duomo di Milano to the historic Castello Sforzesco, and end

with a stroll through the elegant Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, the city’s famed shopping arcade.

DAY 4 — Tue, Sep 1 (Piedmont – Overnight in Alba)

Elegant, mountainous, and food-obsessed—Piedmont is Italy’s land of Barbera, Barolo,

and Barbaresco, with rolling vineyards, misty hills, truffle-laden forests, and a refined

yet rustic charm.

Winery Visit: Marchesi Incisa (short tour & seated lunch with pairing flight) Marchesi Incisa della Rocchetta is a historic Italian winemaking family with a dual legacy in two of Italy's most prestigious wine regions. They are celebrated for their classic Piedmontese wines, especially their acclaimed Barbera. They are also the first to plant Pinot Noir in Piedmont. Furthermore, Marchese Mario Incisa moved to Tuscany and pioneered the creation of the legendary Sassicaia, the first Super Tuscan.

Visit La Morra, a picturesque hilltop village famed for its sweeping views over the Langhe vineyards

and its role as the historic heart of Barolo wine production.

Winery Visit: Cantina Ratti (short tour & Barolo tasting) Renato Ratti is an iconic winery located in the

heart of the Barolo region and is credited with being a pioneer of modern Barolo. His most lasting

contribution was creating the first map of the area's crus (single-vineyard sites), establishing the

concept of terroir distinction that is now part of the official DOCG laws. Today, his son Pietro

continues the tradition of producing elegant, complex, and age-worthy wines.

Stroll the cobbled streets of Alba and discover cozy wine bars, inviting trattorie, and Michelin-starred

restaurants. Enjoy Barolo or Barbaresco alongside truffle-infused dishes that highlight Piedmont’s renowned culinary traditions.

DAY 5 — Wed, Sep 2 (Sestri Levante x 2 Nights)

Discover Sestri Levante and the  surrounding areas

Sestri Levante, the “city of two seas,” enchants with pastel houses nestled between the Bay of Silence and the Bay of Fables. A one-time hideaway for Liberace and a beloved stop for queer travelers today, it’s the perfect place to stroll the seaside promenade, savor Ligurian seafood, and soak in one of the coast’s most picturesque settings.

The family is widely recognized for driving the "Super Tuscan" revolution of the 1970s under Marchese Piero Antinori, who pioneered the use of non-traditional grapes and aging techniques in the Chianti Classico region. Today, the family's iconic flagship wines, Tignanello and Solaia, are internationally celebrated as two of Italy’s best wines.
